We offer virtual custom Hat Bar consultation sessions for $55.

You can purchase a virtual session above and we will email you to schedule your virtual styling session. 

During the session, you will select your hat, accessories, design and more.

At the end of the session, we will quote you the final price for your hat. If agreed, you will be invoiced for hat, art and accessories. Once full payment has processed on your custom hat, we will begin painting your hat and ship it to you!

If a design is agreed upon, the $55 virtual consultation fee will apply towards the total price of your hat. 

Most of our hats measure between 56-58cm/ 23-24 inches.

We recommend measuring your head prior to purchasing a hat.

We don't have the tools to offer hat burning at this time, however, we can refer you to someone who does.

• How Do I Take Care of My Hat?

Keep away from water or any type of liquids.

Bending is not recommended. 
Don’t pick or peel off the flowers.

• Do the hats last forever?

This depends on how you take care of your hat. 
Our hats are semi-sealed for some water resistance, but getting the hats wet is not recommended.

Store in a dry place and don’t bend the hats or pick at the designs for best results.

All orders are processed in the order they were received.

Production time varies based on the details of the item and the current order volume. 

Ready to ship: 2-5 days 

Custom Hats: 10-14 days.

Once production is complete on all the items in your order, your order will ship and you will receive a tracking number.

Orders are shipped from Texas, USA and generally take 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped out until they arrive.
