RETURN AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION OF LISTING PRIOR TO PURCHASING. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%

We do not accept cancellations custom hat orders due to material costs required to begin designing the custom hat. 

All cancellation requests must be done in writing via email


DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
